Grain-free baking, simplified. Made from what’s left after fresh coconut meat is dried and pressed of its oil, this finely milled flour is naturally sweet-smelling, entirely grain-free, and a reliable staple for vegan, keto, and gluten-free kitchens alike.
Substitute 20–25% of wheat flour in baking recipes (with extra liquid to compensate), or use it as a grain-free coating for pan-fried tofu, vegetables, and plant-based proteins.
For 100% coconut flour recipes, add extra eggs or flax eggs as a binder, since coconut flour is highly absorbent. For breading, coat directly and pan-fry or air-fry for a crisp finish.

Shocked by how good this tastes — a non-vegans review
I am a hardcore non-veg person and my wife convinced me to try this. I genuinely could not tell this was jackfruit. The gravy is rich, the texture is meaty, and it paired perfectly with naan. Have already ordered 3 more packs.

My go-to emergency dinner — done in 2 minutes flat
As a working mum, I always keep 5–6 packs of Butter Jack in my pantry. Pop in microwave, pour over rice — dinner done. The kids love it, its healthy, and I do not feel like I am compromising on taste or nutrition. Absolute must-have.

Great product, flavour is spot on
The butter masala flavour is authentic and the jackfruit texture is surprisingly satisfying. Knocked one star because I wish the pack was 400g instead of 300g — 300g is barely enough for 2 people. Wakao please make a bigger size!
